Scott Urban teaches international finance on the Georgetown University Graduate Program in International Management and as an external lecturer at several Oxford University colleges.
His DPhil (PhD) (Oxford, 2012) focused on exchange-rate-regime identification and statutory limits on open-market operations of central banks. It was examined by Barry Eichengreen (Berkeley) and Knick Harley (Oxford).
